Founder/ceo

Curtis Stark

Curtis was born in Augusta, Georgia, in 1984. He moved over to South Carolina when he was in elementary school, and he has resided in North Augusta ever since.

Curtis started the plumbing trade in 2004, landing his first job at a plumbing company his long-time friend’s family owned. A few years into the trade, he started to have a desire to take his learning to a higher level. He spent the next several years obtaining his plumbing licenses in Georgia and South Carolina while graduating with honors from Augusta University with a BBA in Management.

Upon graduation, Curtis founded Stark Plumbing in 2013 on the principles of offering a plumbing service that is highly professional, transparent in pricing, and enriches the lives of both customers and employees.

Megan
Operations

Megan Stark

Another resident of North Augusta, Megan is Curtis' sister and supports the business by keeping track of everybody and everything! She brings a positive and professional attitude, efficiency and organizational skills to her role as Office Administrator.

Skyler
Technician

Skyler Grove

Skyler Grove is a valued member of our team. After graduating from West Laurens High School, Skyler relocated from Dublin, GA, Skyler to the CSRA and now resides up the road in Bartow. A plumber since the age of 18, Skyler is devoted to growing in his role at Stark Plumbing LLC, and we are excited to see him grow!

Lee Nickerson
Technician

Lee Nickerson

Lee serves as a skilled Technician on the Stark Plumbing team. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Lee served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne and was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC before settling in Evans, GA. Lee takes pride in solving problems and helping customers find the right solutions. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him enjoying some time on the water fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Devon Overbee
1st Year Apprentice

Devon Overbee

Devon is 18 years old and spent many of those years living "all over" because his dad serves in the military. Now putting down roots in Grovetown, Georgia, Devon started with Stark Plumbing when he was 17 through a work-based learning program at Harlem High School. He feels it's been a great experience, and that he's learned a lot already.

Davis Hill
1st Year Apprentice

Davis Hill

Originally from Salem, AL, Davis started with Stark Plumbing as a summer intern in June 2025 while studying music at Augusta University. Now based in North Augusta, SC, he thrives in air‑conditioned crawlspaces and applies precision to every task. A talented saxophonist, Davis brings the same passion for excellence to his work in plumbing as he does to his music. 

Taylor Cousins
Customer Service Representative

Taylor Cousins

A Clayton, NC native now based in Aiken, SC, Taylor Cousins is our Customer Service Representative. Drawn to Stark Plumbing’s family atmosphere and growth, she loves building new relationships with customers and keeping every service call running smoothly. A proud mom of two, Taylor brings warmth, patience, and clear communication to every interaction.
