Stark Plumbing is more than just an plumbing company - we're a team of dedicated individuals who believe in educating the next generation of tradesmen and women in a strong, positive environment that encourages growth of human ability while paving the way for individual financial security.
That's why we have partnered with the PHCC Educational Foundation - the oldest nationally recognized association for tradesmen and women who seek success in the plumbing, heating and cooling industry.
Through PHCC we provide apprentice courses for apprentices who need a non-classroom based method of Related Technical Instruction. This program is recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment & Training Administration, Office of Apprenticeship, as a reasonable option for apprentice training. Each course is the equivalent of one year of classroom instruction which is 144 hours.
